The standard turbocharged 2.0-liter motor produces 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Models with this engine can tow up to 3,250 pounds. Drivers who want a more thrilling driving experience can spring for the available 3.6-liter V6 engine. This engine generates 308 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque and can tow up to 4,500 lbs.
A four-wheel independent suspension gives the Blazer impressive cornering for a vehicle of its class. Its turning circle is just 38.7 feet. It also has 7.6 inches of ground clearance.
The Blazer comes standard with front-wheel drive, while all-wheel drive is available for Simi Valley customers who want to optimize traction.

Traction and stability control are standard, and the braking system uses ventilated discs and ABS to provide stopping power. Adaptive cruise control is optional, and blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alerts are also available.
